Inside Out

After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness – conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school.

Meet the voices inside your head in Disney Pixar’s Inside Out. This movie is one of the cutest most entertaining movies I have seen in a while. Whoever wrote this movie hit the nail right on the head. Not only does this movie introduce you to your outside life, it shows us what actually goes on inside your head.

Meet Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Fear and Anger.

These 5 emotions work together inside our heads to help us make decisions. When Riley moves from Wisconsin to California she encounters something so new that she isn’t sure what to do. Inside her head, Joy and Sadness get lost leaving Anger, Fear & Disgust to run the show.

This movie is extremely well done. Disney & Pixar got it right with this one. The movie is moving and so full of moments that leave you going ‘Ok yeah I can see that happening.’

I give this movie 5 stars and put it on the Must See before you die list.

5 stars
